We moved into our home on Ridgeview Drive in March of 2005. It was foreclosed property that had been sitting empty for 8 months and was in dire need of much TLC. There were holes in the walls, cobwebs everywhere and indescribable filth. But the Condrays saw potential! We began taking on projects one at a time and just marking them off the list...flooring, trim, ceiling patching, wall patching, painting, etc. One project, however, that got postponed for quite a while was the kitchen. We saved and planned and dreamed for over a year. Demolition of the kitchen began on July 1, 2006 and the kitchen remodel was complete in 6-7 weeks. Below are several pics...before, during and after.
