Kate - 10 months...

At 10 months old (about a week and a half ago), Kate weighed 25 lbs 12 oz and measured 29 inches tall. She is as healthy as she can be and has yet to have to take any antibiotics. Her first meds was at this most recent dr visit. The dr put her on Singular granules (stirred into her food) once a day to clear up a runny nose for fear it might soon lead to an ear infection. She is doing much better now. She has finally learned how to crawl in the last week or so and isn't far from walking. She is pulling up on anything and everything and moves all over the house in her walker. She says "da-da" and "ba-ba". She has no idea what either of these mean, but acts like she is so proud of herself when she makes the noise. She still is all smiles and we can't remember what life was like before her arrival. She loves Kennedy and Jude, but gets frustrated with both of them sometime. She still winces almost every time she seems Jude coming her way and she gets tired of Kennedy mothering her and telling her what she can and can't play with. She is wearing 18 and 24 month clothes...the same clothes Kennedy wore the winter and spring after she turned 1. She is learning to drink out of sippy cup and swipes Jude's or Kennedy's every chance she gets. She loves to get a hold of my magazines and slobber on them real good then eat some of the paper. She laughs so easily. She still has just 5 teeth (2 on top and 3 on bottom) and shows them all the time. She has GOT to grow a little taller soon and stretch out some of those fat rolls. She's just a little butterball!
