I haven't done so well with the cooking lately, so there really hasn't been much to post about regarding our menus. My mom has been up several times and helped me cook and both she and my MIL have provided us with a steady stream of fresh-from-the-garden veggies. We have had fried squash, cucumbers marinated in vinegar, sliced tomatoes, fried green tomatoes and on and on and on. I LOVE SUMMERTIME VEGGIES!!!!!
